Date Night in the Sunroom

These days we take every chance we get to get a little date night in. With two 5-year olds at home, we sometimes have to get creative, so now that the weather is warming up, we take it outside after the kids go to sleep with a little help from Kitchen Stuff Plus!

KSP’s Laguna Dinnerware Collection is the perfect blend of pretty and informal – not to mention unbreakable, which is key for someone clumsy like me. In all seriousness though, the melamine is light and easy to keep outside, plus it makes clean-up a breeze since they’re dishwasher safe.

We like to keep it simple for date night, so we used a bamboo board and opted for charcuterie. Honest-to-goodness, it takes about 7 minutes to put this whole thing together and it’s so low-key that we end up sitting and chatting (and munching) without having to worry about anything getting cold or extra dishes to clean up inside!

The stemless glasses are the KSP Tritan Stemless Wine Glass and have become a staple in our house (have I mentioned 5-year old twins?). We definitely use them year round.

I can’t recommend these dishes enough – and date night at home, too!
