Easy Flatbread Pizza Night for the Family

For busy families, it’s a bustling time as new routines are setting in for the year, but there is one thing that remains a constant – the need for easy and quick weeknight dinners for the family.

I’ve partnered with Kitchen Stuff Plus (KSP) to share a flatbread pizza recipe that is fun for the entire family and also a meal that will have your little ones reaching for seconds!

Dinner Made Easy

Flatbread pizzas are a great option for weeknight dinners because they require minimal effort and ingredients. With a cook time of only 10-15 minutes, these personalized pizzas have the perfect crunchy crust, soft cheesy centers and are topped with fresh and simple ingredients. The best part is that you can get the entire family involved, maximizing family time even during those busy middle of the week evenings!

This recipe uses three different topping choices to show how simple it is to customize your pizza. The first is made simple, with only bocconcini slices, the second is made with bell peppers and cherry tomatoes and finally, the third is made with turkey pepperoni. To make this dinner even easier on you, let KSP help with all the prep work; they have everything busy parents need to make easy weeknight meals, thanks to their wide range of quality products at great prices. They are the perfect go-to destination for Back to School!

I used this bamboo cutting board to cut up the veggies and grate the cheese. It has a large surface ensuring that your counters remain clean! I also loved these snack bowls used to hold all the toppings. They aren’t too big or too small; perfect for little hands to grab whichever toppings they want to use on their pizzas! Family Fun

If you’re looking to spend some family time together, there is no better way than evenings in the kitchen. Getting the family involved in dinner prep helps picky eaters explore new foods, ensures your kids will want to finish their dinner and most importantly, you get to have quality time while making dinner too! Plus, it’s pizza. What kid turns down pizza?!
