Can I find all your furniture in-store?
With our wide selection of furniture always growing, we unfortunately don’t always have the space to stock the full assortment at each of our stores. We carry display models and carry limited stock at larger locations so that you can look at the pieces you like and then place an order.
All of our furniture can be ordered at any location you prefer, but if you would like to take a look at a display model first, we recommend contacting your local store to ask about the item you’re interested in seeing.
How do I order furniture?
1. Call or visit us
If you find a piece you’re interested in and you want to have a look in person, contact your local store to find out if they have a floor model on display before you head over. Please note that we can’t take orders over the phone, but we are able to answer any questions you have or let you know where display models are available to see.
2. Fall in love again and place your order 😍
This part is easy, trust us. It’s great to see the furniture in person before placing your order to ensure the style and size suits your space. Once you make your decision, just let a cashier know which pieces you’d like to order. We’ll transfer the items from our distribution centre to the store.
3. Make your house a home
Once your items are ready for pick up, we’ll give you a call with good news. Everything will be ready for pick-up at your preferred location, so you will be able to transform your space in no time.
Can I order online?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship furniture items due to weight and size but it is something that we are working towards!
Can you deliver my furniture to my house?
We offer our customer deliveries through a third-party company. Cost of delivery is determined by the customer’s location and the products being delivered. Visit your closest location for more details.
What’s your furniture return policy?
Changed your mind? No problem! Furniture items can be returned for refund within 30 days, as long as you have the receipt and the item is factory sealed, unopened, and unused, in the original condition.
Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be applied to furniture returns which were transferred from our distribution centre, another location, or delivered. Any associated delivery fee is non-refundable. See more about our furniture return policy here.
