Cut Perfect Slices Of Watermelon With This Tropic Watermelon Cutter

In case you missed it, we are in peak watermelon season! That’s right – in Ontario, watermelon is in easy at the end of summer, a.k.a. July, August, and September.

Our current obsession during watermelon season is, of course, this tropic watermelon cutter! It helps save time while you’re cutting up the watermelon. And since you can cut and serve with just one tool, it helps keep watermelon cutting slightly less messy.

What does the watermelon cutter do?

This stainless steel watermelon cutter cuts and serves slices of watermelon, and all at the same time! Just insert the tool into the watermelon hook side in and cut slices following the natural curvature of the watermelon. Then simply flip the tool to hold and serve the watermelon slices. Check out the video below to see how the watermelon cutter works in action.

Great ways to gift the watermelon cutter

Pair the watermelon cutter with some fun items for a great gift! We love this melamine platter to really make the bright colours of watermelon pop. Or how about this adorable watermelon ceramic spoon rest? Don’t forget about a set of ice pop molds to make some tasty watermelon popsicles. (we’ve shared an awesome watermelon popsicle recipe below).
